A digital stamp card your customers never lose
Replace the paper card in their wallet with a QR code they scan at the counter. No app to download, nothing to print again.
In short
Coffeeloc Loyalty is a digital stamp card system for independent cafés, restaurants, bars and bakeries. Customers scan a QR code at the counter, a stamp card opens in their phone browser, and each visit adds a stamp until they earn the reward the venue configured. There is no app to install on either side. The free plan covers 100 customers; the Pro plan removes the cap for $9 per month.
Nothing to install, on either side
The card lives in the customer's browser. They scan, enter a phone number or email once, and the card is theirs. Asking someone to download an app for a coffee shop is where most loyalty programmes die — this skips that step entirely.
The card cannot be lost or forged
Paper cards get washed, left in a coat, or handed over with a friend's stamps on them. A digital card is tied to the customer record, so the stamp count is whatever your counter recorded and nothing else.
You keep the contact details
Every stamp card creates a customer record with a contact method and a visit history. That list belongs to your business, not to a delivery platform that rents it back to you.
Staff can run it without training
The counter screen shows one large scan button. Staff scan the customer's card, the stamp lands, and the reward prompt appears automatically when the card is full.
How it works
-
1
Set the reward
Choose how many stamps earn a reward and what that reward is — a free coffee, a discount, whatever fits your margin.
-
2
Put the QR code on the counter
Print it, stick it on the till, add it to the receipt. Anywhere the customer is already standing.
-
3
Customer scans once
Their card opens in the browser. They give a phone number or email and the card is saved to their phone.
-
4
Staff stamp on each visit
Open the counter screen, scan the customer's card, done. The stamp count updates instantly on their phone.
-
5
Reward gets redeemed
When the card fills up, the counter screen prompts the redemption and the card resets for the next round.
Common questions
Do customers need to download an app?
No. The stamp card runs in the phone's browser. They scan a QR code and the card opens — there is nothing to install and no account password to remember.
How much does a digital stamp card cost?
The free plan covers up to 100 customers with no time limit and no card required. Above that, Pro is $9 per month for unlimited customers.
Can I move my existing paper card customers over?
Yes. Most venues run both for a few weeks: honour the paper cards until they fill up, and hand the QR code to everyone starting a new one.
What stops a customer from stamping their own card?
Stamps are added from the counter screen, which requires a staff login. The customer's phone only displays the card, it cannot add to it.

A small, practical CRM for cafés and restaurants. Track visit frequency, last-seen dates and contact details for every customer, built automatically from loyalty and orders.
Give staff the counter, not the accounts
Staff accounts with role-based access for cafés and restaurants. Baristas get the counter screen, couriers get deliveries, and only the owner sees the business data.
