Give staff the counter, not the accounts

Separate logins for the people behind the till, scoped to what they need and nothing more.

In short

Coffeeloc Staff gives each employee their own login instead of sharing the owner's. Roles determine what the login opens: counter staff get the stamping and order screen, couriers get a delivery-only screen, and the owner account keeps billing, customer data and settings. Staff records are tied to the owning business, so removing someone removes their access immediately.

Stop sharing the owner password

One shared login means everyone can see revenue, edit prices and reach the customer list. Individual logins mean a barista can stamp cards and nothing else.

Removing access is instant

When someone leaves, you delete their staff record. There is no password to change across the whole team afterwards.

Roles match the job

Counter staff and couriers see different screens because they do different work. Neither sees the parts of the business that are not theirs.

Deleting the record ends their access straight away.
