As you operate your loyalty program, QR menu, online ordering and CRM, we also process customer data your own customers provide — for example their name, phone or email — when they sign up for your stamp card or place an order with your business.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the platform, deliver the loyalty, menu, ordering and CRM features you sign up for, process payments through our payment processor, send service-related updates, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data or your customer list to third parties — your customer list belongs to your business.

CoffeeLoc uses cookies to maintain your session and remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Your password is stored in hashed form and is never accessible in plain text.
